Loss of power at times

I have an 04 F350 with a 6.0 in it. The problem I am having is intermittent power loss while towing a travel trailer. When it first happened it showed a code of low turbo boost. Carried in to dealer they checked ity out and said turbo needed cleaning. I am still having the issue after they completed there work.
When it first happened it actually felt like the turbo quit working, started lossing speed would not get above 55 mph rpm were turning about 3000.
It still feels like turbo quits working. All i have to do is stop and start back driving and it goes back to working like it should, plenty of power. Sometimes it starts back before I can get stopped.

Anyone else have similiar issue?
