turbo leaking oil while on the bench

IThis may already be somewhere in another thread but incase anyone pulls their turbo and puts it on the bench, be sure to set it in the same position it normally is in the engine bay if its going to sit very long. I didnt and had oil everywhere leaking out around the exhaust turbine.
