Where to send FICM?

FICM went out and when I went to FICM Repair.com - Your Source for FICM Repair the site is no longer there. Does anyone know if they are still in business? Does anyone have a contact number? If not, can anyone recommend a reputable FICM repair service? Thanks in advance for your help!

Yeah its back up! Sending my FICM off tomorrow and going with the $325 two year warranty and the ECO tune for $150. He says they back their work up so we will see.
