6.0 Serp belt issues
When under a load the fan comes on as it should. If the engine is above 2500 rpm the belt will squeal like a little pig. I have replaced 2 belts and the tensioner. At a loss as what to do next. Any ideas?

Have you checked the idler pulley bearings? Might be the cause.

Sounds like a failing fan clutch to me. My 03 did the same thing. High RPM under load, and squeal like no tomorrow.
