RPM's Hanging

Ok i am stuck and i dont know what to do here i just did injectors they are stock + from warren diesel and a atlas 80 tuned FICM from PHP and now when i take my foot off the throttle the rpms hang for a few seconds then drop down to around 900 rpms, when i just about stoped they finally drop down to the normal rpm range it does this sometimes but is starting to do it more and more. i have AE and i have done the cylinder contribution test and it stays in the Zero range at idle i am not sure on how to use it to much cause i just got it i am trying to figure it all out ICP at idle is 575-580 FICM never drops below 47 fuel press is 60 psidoes not matter if engine is cold or hot also when it is warm it has started to sound like it is cutting off cylinders when you let of throttle and cost when it does this ICP when rpms dont hang is in the normal range of 575-580 i am at a loss here any help would be much appreciated or ideas for that matter Truck is a 05 4x4 body and tranny has 110,247 on it motor has 4,000 was rebuilt and studded by trucks unlimited so i am not worried about that. i am think a sensor of some sort. also does this tuned with the SCT or not looking to get tunes to go with those two upgrades and hoping that fixes the issue but i dont think it will just for the reason it does it with the stock ECM tuning i have no way of changing FICM back to stock.
