Best method for removing copper injector washer??

I've been at it for about an hour trying to get my old copper washer off of one of my injector tips. I've tried an exacto knife and a thin blade screw driver and nothing. Is there a trick to getting these things off?

05 EX Cab Short

i use a razor blade. work it around underneath than lightly pry with the blade to get it off
