Do 6.0 head studs protrude in water jackets?

Might be a dumb question since I can see that the studs are pretty short into the block but I wanna make sure that the head studs don't protrude into any water jacket. Should I seal the threads?

no, they do not go into the water jackets. although arp does recommend using there sealer stuff on threads that run next to the water jackets

They are blind holes.
