Puking until warm!

Hey guys got a question I bought a 06 6.0 a month ago have already replaced egr cooler and head gaskets coolant bottle and am still having issues with the truck puking until it warms up seems to start fine slight hesitation every once in a while for the most part seems okay any ideas??

im new to 6.0l too, but ive been hearing alot about guys running 15-40 instead of the 5-40 full synthetic that these trucks are supposed to run, my truck actually strated running like crap after the first oil change that i did when stupid walmart used 15-40

possible that gaskets are not sealed correctly and once the truck warms up all the metal/gaskets expand and seal it back up. seen it before. were the heads/block surfaced?

Checked degas it's fine not sure if it was surfaced replaced under warranty the only other thing I can think of maybe injectors bad or sticking??
