Ruptured oil cooler?

Ok my truck started blowing white and gray smoke and the coolant was full of oil and it was leaking straight oil over by the passenger side of the radiator also. And was pulling apart to do egr delete and new oil cooler and found my impeller on the turbo was all shredded. Should I just rebuild it or could it have caused way more damage. Truck ran fine before the oil cooler failure and didn't drive it after

i'd inspect the housing for damage first. but the better bet is to just replace it, at the very least replace the center housing of the turbo. and make sure you flush out your charge air cooler

That looks to me like the turbo is dusted...!!

Not a perfect pic but I believe dust got through your intake and killed that compressor wheel
