High EOT & ECT

My question is about high temps. Running down the highway the truck runs like this. EOT=185, 190. ECT=180, 185 and when pulling a 28' 5th wheel. EOT=220, 225 ECT=215, 225. All temps were taken the same day about 90 degrees outside and I leave in area with a elevation about 5500'. Do these temps look normal or do I have a bad oil cooler or bad head gaskets. Some info would be nice. The truck is a 2003. With 5" turbo back exhaust.

Temps look to be around what I would expect to see under those conditions. If anything your t-stat is stuck open a bit, ECT empty is a little low.

The threshold for the oil cooler is empty truck, running around 60-65mph, with everything up to temps, and the ECT/EOT delta at 15*.

I would also say ect is low unloaded, mine was 184 with a bad thermostat, now it is consistently 190-195.
