6.0 no start
2005 Excursion w/6.0 stock no mods. 135,000 miles. New HPOP @ 90k miles, new EGR cooler at 97K miles, new FICM @ 120k miles. we have been having P0404 & P0405 come up for EGR valve issues, I cleaned the EGR and put it back together 4 or 5 times and cleared the code. The last time I did this I really made sure it was moving up and down smoothly. two days after this my wife was in the drivethru, shut the Excursion off to order and the truck would crank but not start. No codes and the truck was running fine for two days. I thought the EGR valve finally went and replaced it the next day, still crank but no start. I have fuel up at the top filter, checked all fuses, relays, and has new batteries. I can get it to fire for a second with a gasoline fog spray down the air cleaner. Swapped the ICP from another 2005 6.0 that I have thinking maybe it was the ICP, Still no start. Swapped the FICM from my other 2005 6.0 and still no start. I am thinking HPOP again or IPR but doesnt make sense why it was running fine shut it off and then no start with no warning signs. I did replace a relay under the hood that seemed to be burned on top it was the only light gray relay under the hood. had to get it from the dealer but the part counter couldnt tell me what it controlled. Could it be a bad ECM or computer? someone help?
