Exhuast leak

Just got done doing studs, gaskets, bulletproof kit, etc, etc. It started at the EGR cooler leaking. Now I have got this exhaust leak from uppipes going into turbo. I have tried with all exhaust connections loose and tightening at same time. I have tried every possible senario.

Is it possible the clamp is bad? It seems to be leaking where the clamp does not meet together. Everytime I rotate the clamp that is where it leaks at. How tight should the clamp be?? Can you over tighten it and damage the clamp?? Any other suggestions I could try.

Thanks,
Brad

not likely the clamp, the turbo and y-pipe flange have to be perfectly lined up and fully seated for it to seal. you can't use the clamp to suck the 2 flanges together
