Oil pressure regulator valve assembly ?

My oil pressure regulator valve assembly on the lower front cover appears to be seeping a bit. It appears as though it would be easy to remove with a 12mm allen socket.

Is there special procedure to remove & reinstall it?
Does it have an O-ring that I can just replace?
If I remove it should I just go ahead & replace it?
What’s the torque spec?

There is a kit to repair it. The biggest problem with the regulators is the spring looses tension. No real trick to it other than make shure no internal parts escape during removal.
