Hard starts, stalls, smokes, won't go over 1500 rpm

As the title states when I go to start my truck it'll crank but will idle rough for about 3 seconds then stall, will do that for 7-8 times then will finally stay running. I don't know where to start to look for problems. I have the EGR deleted but the valve is still there not sure if that'll cause a problem? But the truck won't rev over 1500 in neutral or driving and if I mash the pedal it cuts out like no fuel?

Turns out it was the FICM even though it read 48v

Truck still shudders when you're first taking off and in over drive. Any help with that?

Fuel filters? Hfcm full of crud? Fuel pickup full of crud?

I just changed the Filters, What do you mean by HFCM?

The hfcm is the fuel pump/water separator on the driver side framerail under the rocker panel. There is a brass fitting on the forward side with a 6mm allen key. If you back it out , trapped water will drain out. You should do a fuel pressure test after you change the filter and drain the separator.
