skipping and IM STUMPED

new member and new to diesels so , im really not that good with the acronyms

I have searched and cannot figure out whats going on with my 6.0

2006 6.0 powerstoke
all stock engine except
EGR delete

since then i have left the and replaced the EGR valve, replaced all 8 glow plugs and both harnesses and, changed the ICP sensor

now i have a code for #8 cylinder misfire incomplete circut but i have no problems with it starting i figure it is the glowplug module

my main concern is the skipping or missing it seems to me like a fuel problem
i always run diesel conditioner with my fill up and i have changed the filters the last time was about 1000 miles ago

any one with simular issues or any ideas guys?

and in the post above i left the cooler delete and reinstalled a new EGR valve

Now I'm getting codes for 2 cylinder glowplug.
I guess I'm going with the glowplug module
