No Power, No Boost, No Codes

2004 Ford F350 6.0L Stock Auto Trans 110k miles - will not accelerate, and barely shifts into 2nd or 3rd gears, EGR valve changed, MAP and EBP sensors changed and ports cleaned of heavy soot, still doing same thing, lots of white smoke while trying to accelerate, turbo starts to boost, but kinda kicks itself down after a second or two.....inside of intake with EGR valve out looked shiny, thus indicating shot EGR cooler, right?? Would this cause this lack of power???

Doesn't take long to start cold, and it there is a little white, maybe a little bluish smoke on the first start up
