No start

I drove my truck to lowes and it was running great I go to start it and all it will do is crank so towed it and I'm getting fuel checked the ficm and I'm getting 48V replaced the cam sensor for some reason still nothing im not getting any codes power is good too all fuses are good one time when I was cranking it started and ran for a few seconds then when I let off the throttle it died I really need some help with this

You need to have it scanned with a real scanner by someone who knows what they are doing. They need to read live data stream while cranking to see what is actually going on.

Can I just take it to autozone and use theirs or you talking like a dealership?
