Stumbling starting after truck has been sitting awhile.

I have an 03 6.0 that is stumbling when trying to start. It only does it when it has set at least 5 days with no use. It warms up gp fine but when you start it, it will fire right up but is almost like you shut it off as soon as it fires. Hpop, ficm, injector leak/ fuel system leak? It will fire and stay running after 2 to 3 cycles of trying to start it. ???

Are you useing a motorcraft filter and cap? Remove filter after oil has drained out inspect the little black plastic button in bottom of filter houseing for damage and proper seating? Sounds like the filter may be draining off and you are haveing delay due to refilling the filter before it can build high pressure oil.

Lord I shall lead them to the water but I will not try to make them drink
