please help

Hey guys i have a question im sure its posted on here some where but i just need quick results please reply with any help i would appreciate it. I have a 2004 early year f350 6.0 powerstroke diesel and i am new to the 6.0. I just had the coolant flushed, unfortunately the people put ford gold back in and a new t state also.. i did an egr delete and oil cooler while in there. I did the up pipe not the freeze plug idea. The egr valve is still in place and plugged in. When i got the truck back from the place who did the work it threw the code for egr flow insufficient which i knew it would but i also got the code p132B for boost control performance i just had the turbo cleaned yesterday by a differnt shop said the vanes were not that bad and i had a vgt re learn done and a smoke test at the same time all worked out fine no leaks. The code p132B still decided to come back on..??? would the egr delete and code from the egr set the light and cause me to loose boost as i make 18-20 WOT. No constant white smoke or anything just a little at start up the truck also has a reman turbo already on the truck from previous owner.. truck is still making boost and all what could be causing this code to stay on????
PLEASE HELP!
