Leaking? Any Ideas?

What do you think is leaking?

It's a clear oily substance that has no smell to it.
Only thing I can think of is I waxed my truck last night and the wheel well was out. Maybe some wax got on something and my sprinklers made it look like this. Only thing that bothered me was their was quite a bit of it on the ground.
Any ideas? What is that cable for anyway. Glow plug? I didn't have a chance to really look at it yet. I'm going to clean it all up and see if it comes back.
