f350 no power after hard start

low oil pres gage is botom out, hard start, hot ,cold gage goes up 1/2 way at start, then at idal goes up and down. light at low rpm goes out higher rpm.but now no power. idal good any help thank you iam new truck is stock 198000 miles heads,tourbo,at 33000, 40000 egr,46000egr,78000ficm,102000egr cooler and now lost count of every things been done over at my cost.198000.and this help plesss. thanks guys
