Update 2 rough idle and surge.
Pulled degass, ficm, and intake. Going to check screen on the ipr valve to see if I got some gunk in there when I cleaned the top of the motor while the turbo drain tube was out. Pulled the plug off of the icp sensor and guess what....the plug was so full of gummy oil you couldn't even see the copper contacts... leaking bad and never through a code at all. Putting new icp in tomorrow and we will see how she drives then.
