TPS problem

I was showing a P2139 and P2140 code with no throttle response, only idle. After shut off and back on it would work for a brief time then no pedal. Then after clearing the codes a few times there would be no pedal and no codes. I purchased a new TPS and pedal combo and still have the same issue. Any help would be appreciated. This problem occured after a 9 hr trip pulling a camper in pouring rain with no issues.

What year truck? Does it have cruize control, it could be an issue with the controler or a problem in the PCM or just wireing issues.

It is a early 03 and does have cruise.
