'03 rough idle bad mileage

I have a 2003 F-250, 6.0, 6-speed, 4x4. Bought it new, now has 195,000 miles +/-. Last spring the FICM was replaced due to under volting and random stalling. At the same time I replaced the ICP, Oil Cooler, and deleted the EGR cooler. Shortly after this it quit and took alot of cranking to restart. Got home and disconnected the batteries let set over night, all was well, started good ran fine. Fast foreward to now, for the last 6 months I have been getting a P2285, P0278, P1000.

When I replaced the ICP I did a complete harness check as per this site, didn't find anything, but taped it up anyway. Also replaced the ICP pigtail.
I had a Ford dealer perform the FICM replacement.

After the FICM rep it was getting 20mpg, now it is like 17-18. Even with those codes it runs great good power etc, I have noticed it doesn't smoke like it used to on hard acceleration.

Rough idle Worm or cold, bad mileage even accounting for the colder temps, blue smoke on cold start.
Also added the blue spring, has a LOUD droan 1500-1900 rpm

With that much mileage I would suspect ring wear, couple that with the blue smoke probably from a worn out oil ring or more. Suggest a compression test

Alot of guys like running that Rev-X? Not sure if this is more of a bandaid or a fix though. All I run is the motorcraft oil due to the fact working at a dealership so I get a good price on it. Other then that I think Id run Amsoil or possibly Royal Purple?
