6.0 Oil Cooler Threaded Insert??
Anyone know where to get one or if they're even sold seperately? I'm in need of one BADLY...

Your talking just the speed nut on the egr cooler itself? If so I would be willing to bet you could go to your local Ford shop and they could get one off of a core for ya.

No. The threaded insert that goes through the cover and serves as a hold-down for the oil filter housing.

Sorry man speed reading and read EGR cooler my bad. Yea not sure on that, Ive got one on my bench here at work that doesnt do you any good, ive always got a spare oil cooler cover. You could try the Ford shop or another diesel shop and ask a tech and they might have one. Goodluck! They used to sell the cooler with the cover not sure if they still do?

IIRC that comes only with the housing.
Either call Dave or Tousley and see what they can dig up.
