Turbo Issues?

I just had my turbo off to find and fix an exhaust leak, (was coming from y-pipe to turbo), while I had the turbo off I decided to clean it. The turbo was not that dirty at all but I went ahead and cleaned it. I also did the blue spring mod and the 6.4 banjo's upgrade as well. Changed the fuel filters and an oil change as well. The problem is now the truck acts like it has a bad suspension problem with the truck shaking but I know it is coming from some where in the engine. Acts like maybe the turbo is engaging then disengaging like it shuts off completely then back on. It only does it when I get on the throttle to accelerate. If I back off the throttle its seems fine. I did not lubricate the turbo as in my research it was recommended to not do it as it could gum it up. This one has me stumped as to the problem. HELP!!!
