2005 whistling from the up pipe expansion joint

Just started last week and has gotten pretty bad at times especially at idle. Im really considering having FCDP do the EGR delete as soon as the funds are available. What else could I have done to ensure this motor last for a few more years. I do have the Banks intercooler and 4" monster exhaust with the EDGE chip. Anything else that could be done (within reason)?

I would start with replaceing the Y-pipe, egr delete, gages, and a coolant filter. Have you had it scanned for any codes?
