Possible egr issue

First off truck runs like a dream no smoke of any kind coolant levels right on but I was checking my fluids today and noticed on the blue colored boot I believe goes to my up pipe for the egr cooler that it has what looks like oil on it and around it on the frame just wet no puddles but is this something to be concerned about ill take a picture as best as I can. You can see on the steel pipe the oil looking stain

You might want to replace that boot and the one that connects to the turbo. If oil is present on the exterior of the boot, that pretty much means that they have become porous.
