6 Blow Code Help

Well I just keep having problem after problem with this hunk of crap. Truck was running good (or as good as a 6 blow can) and on my way home throtle response started gettin worse and worse until it finally has none at all. truck starts and idles but when throtle is hit it just bogs out. i did a scan and came up with these 4 codes P0113,P0281,P1102,P2290 any sugestions on which sensor to start with?????

these trucks do not blow..they ARE great motors. i know your frustarted but coming here saying how much the motor sucks isnt gonna get you far.
first code is IAT sesnor high basically too high of resistance on the circuit
2nd is cylinder #7 balance fault whcih is Injector issue or the signs of an early FICM failing in progress.
3rd is something to do with your maf
4th is injector control pressure to low.

And yes it was a very good motor until I let a mechanic work on it that didn't have a clue about. anything I've replaced #7 injector twice due to the mechanic not torquing properly and didn't put it ib with the copper washer
