oil n coolant/puking

I have an 03 F-350, noticed a trace of oil in my coolant and pukes constantly under load. I have tee'd into the degas bottle only to max out at 13 PSI under a very heavy load on stage 3 SCT R.C.D. tune. Also have replaced the cap, their is cracks in the degas bottle but still only coming out the cap. EGR Delete has been accomplished by previous owners. I am praying that my luck will rely on an oil cooler due to the fact that i have dropped about $5000 in the 3 months i have had it. ARP head studs have also been installed previous to any issues.

I also have a loud pop as soon as i take off and only on take off not sure if its a U-joint any input on this would also be nice thanks
