Issue with an 06 6.0

Hey everyone new to the board...
Looking at buying a 06 350 4x4 s/c. 131,000 miles on it. Long story short went to the dealer to test drive it. upon walk around noticed an oil leak.. Of course its on the bottom of the bell housings, but im also seeing it up on the top of the oil pan. Any ideas?
2nd issue I found. Started the truck up, it was about 45 degrees or so outside. Started ok, let it run for about 45 seconds or so. Dropped it into gear pulled out into the street, and the darn thing wouldnt hardly get out of its own way. had a pretty nasty vibration. had no power. Seemed to get better the more it warmed up. Drove it about 4 miles, and it still seemed sluggish and didnt seem right. Got it back to the dealer, put it in netural and run it up to about 1300 rpms and you could feel the vibration. Im thinking maybe an injector might be bad. Any ideas? No CEL, no smoke during the drive. Any ideas would be helpful.

its not your truck, dont worry about it. find one that is perfect and then come back on here when YOUR truck has problems or just to brag. the dealer is going to have a hard time selling that thing.

Spoke with the dealer, and they sent it over to the local diesel shop to try and figure out whats going on with it. Will have an update tomorrow
