04 F250 blue smoke

04 f250 with 139k miles.
I am a experienced auto tech but have limited knowledge of diesels except in theory, with that said. I put a hypertech max energy programmer on the truck, I then drove it approx 30 miles, when I got home it was smoking a lot of greyish blue smoke. It burns the eyes and smells like fuel. I immedietly removed the tune and it did not change. It does it predominantly at idle and the warmer the engine temps get the worse it smokes. After this happened I deleted the EGR with no change. Ford scanned it with IDS today and said all injectors are fine and a relative compression check was normal.I have changed oil (Rotella T6) and changed fuel filters twice. I have run 4 tanks of fuel through it. I have AE, All sensor readings seem normal no trouble codes. FICM voltage does not drop below 46 and stays at 47.5 almost all the time.
Is it possible for the FICM to have 48 volts and still be bad, as in injecting fuel at the improper time? at idle my injector timing is around 10*ATDC. I am out of ideas any help would be greatly appreciated.

I forgot to mention that there is no miss at idle and it runs great throughout the powerband.
