white smoke and fuel at tail pipe

ok hopefully third time is a charm ( typing this new post) i'm working on a 2005 f250 hd edition with no turner or chips an egr delete arp studs not sure of any other mods. he had an injector come loose and wobble around in the cup and wore the lower ring off the injector that holds the o ring in place. so he replaced the injector put it back together went for a test ride and it started to smoke and carry on. so i started to pull it apart tonight and take a look at it and found rubber shaving on the fuel screen of all four injectors all o rings were intact no signs of cuts etc.. the #4 cylinder cup (the one that the injector came loose) it looks damaged at the upper part of the cup i think it isn't sealing and letting fuel pass into cylinder causing the white smoke and fuel at the tail pipe my question is where is the rubber shaving coming from. and is there any rental tools for the injector cup removal and install and some instructions on how to do it looks pretty simple from videos but is there a special sealant to use or what?? Any help is greatly appreciated.
