Need some more Help!

Truck originally popped a P2290 and shutting down on the high way and not starting. Finally got everything put together after replacing the oil filter cap and some other small things. Truck still isn't starting and now popped a P2285. It cleared and never came back.

I want to shoot the sensor before replacing it, does anyone know what the correct voltage should be? Does anyone know what the ICP sensor part number is?
I'm concerned since it only popped once and the truck still isn't starting. I checked all of my wire looms for connection and cleanliness. Also, bled the fuel pump under the drivers side and checked for fuel on the water separator.
How do I clear the code from the truck? I hit 'erase' on my programmer, but don't think that clears it from the PCM.
