2005 6.0L crank/no start

Trying to figure this out, I'll start with the simple things. Yes it has fuel, new fuel filters the fuel is getting to the final filter housing. Not getting any smoke out of the exhaust while cranking. Gave it a small hit of either and still nothing. Replaced the ICP as its a fast fix with the new pig tail. Removed the IPR screen looked good but the internal housing was moving around so I replaced that as well. I'm not getting any codes for the FICM let alone anything at all. Not quite sure but I'm thinking HPOP but have never tested one before.

Did you test the voltage for the FICM; it wont throw a code if its not producing the voltage

The trucks voltage is going down to 11.5 during crank and the voltage in the FICM is fluctuating between 47-48 volts.

What do you have for HPOP Psi during crank. It needs 500 psi to start Check your injector harness and Ficm harness connectors Did you recently complete some repairs or as it got cold we need some more info

injection control pressure is below 100 the FICM connectors are good pulled them and inspected the pins. missed checking the injector harness (oops on my part) FICM was "replaced" not new but from a working truck I did not replace it so I cant be sure. The ICP being below 100 is my guess on the HPOP (forgot to put in orig post sry) but wet for the ICP w/ pigtail because it was pretty easy and I know the stock pigtail was having issues. I'm just not sure on the HPOP, if there is something easy to fix on it or if I need to pull it. also the desired pressure is 1530 psi. Not very savy with the 6.0 so not sure if thats a normal desired psi or if there is another issue that im missing completly.

Oem filters and caps? I would guess STc fitting. Hpop's going out on 05-07s is uncommon. Do an air test to try and locate the leak.

STC fitting, standpipes, and dummy plugs I think are the common problems with 05 HPO system. Kinda funny it hasnt thrown a low injection pressure while cranking code though.
