6.0L Repair Shop in Arkansas
I'm looking for a repair shop in Arkansas. I've got a 2004 6.0 that has already been to Whiteys Truck Center approx. 40k miles ago for EGR and oil cooler replacement. I'm now affraid Ive got a blown head gasket. I would like someone with known 6.0 experience and knowledge. I'm not dissatified with Whiteys but they didn't want to talk about a delete kit last time I was there.

Dont know where you are in AR, but if you wouldn't mind bringing it to Tupelo, MS, I have a guy that will do studs, gaskets, egr delete, oil cooler and all necessary for 3k. He knows what is going on to!

I'm in White Hall/Pine Bluff, thats about 30 miles south of Little Rock. not too far from LA.
Im loosing coolant somewhere. It doesnt show up on my dipstick after running. Tonight I'm going to drain a little oil, its been sitting a day or so to see if there is any in the pan. When pulling my camper or any other real load I would get (several weeks ago) some puking from the degas bottle. Now it seems to be the other way around.Coolant is no longer puking out. Also in the mornings you can open the degas bottle to refill with coolant and there is pressure on the system still. |
