Welcome to the ORG. Sorry to hear about your truck. How did they determine that your head gaskets have blown and that you have 3 bad injectors? How many miles on your truck? Also, is your truck an early or late 04?

First thing you need to do is remove E G R vavle and see if it is clogged with black paste in and on and around vavle.... If it does seem wet, then you have a blown E G R..... Change your E G R cooler and your OIL cooler because your OIL cooler went bad and took out your E G R cooler...... I have a shop in Dallas Tx.

The injectors are better to do asap because you will get better fuel milage. not to hard to do. I would change the dummy plugs on both sides and stand pipes as well.

IF, you have blown HG's, and IF it is causing fluids to mix, and coolant in the oil, it is critical to stop driving and fix the HG's ASAP.

But, IF an injector is bad to where it's dumping fuel into the cylinder, that is also critical to park it, and replace injectors ASAP.

from what I've learned, 200k is a pretty fair life for 6.0 injectors. It would be advisable to replace all while you're in there.
