Long hot start / no power

I have a 2003 F-350 that has been having some hot start issues lately. Starts good when cold but when I try to start it after it hot it spins longer than usual and rolls into a start. I took it to a shop and had it scanned and was told no codes that it could possibly be the IPR so I switched it out and still having the same issues. The truck is also lacking in power, it does ok if you ease into it and drive like an old lady but literally has no power. When I switched out the IPR it had a couple of specs of metal on it, but I was told that was normal. Doesn't really sound normal to me. From my research on here, looks like an air test is in order but not sure where to start on that one. Where to get a fitting for the ICP, etc. Any advise would be helpful. Thanks.

The ICP location under the turbo on early 6.0's makes air testing a PITA. The fitting has M12 x 1.5 thread. I purchased mine from the local hydraulic shop. If you are attempting an air test with the HPO cover on, the IPR will have to be manually closed by applying 12v to IPR (only a few seconds or you can damage the IPR) before you supply 100 psi air to the ICP location.

Looks like I will be replacing the hpop. This is a first for me. Will I need any gaskets or oring kits. I would like to get all that before I start. Also, are there any upgrades I should do while I am doing surgery? Any advise would be helpful. Thanks.

updated turbo oil feed and drain tubes. maybe icp sensor and ipr. blue spring update.
oh, would be a good time to do egr delete and new oil cooler, just flush before installing the new cooler.

Does anyone have the part numbers for the oil drain and feed tubes? They may be doable. I am going to have to hold off on the oil cooler for now. Gotta save up the funds for that one. Thanks.
