Turbo Oil leak? white smoke pics inside

Ive been driving my 6.0 and this week I noticed a bit of white smoke at startup. I just figured it was because of the cold/ custom tunes/ just got my cat cut out. It isnt.

Today it started smoking a whole lot sitting there ideling at a stop light. Thankfully I was 2 blocks from the house so I made it home and shut it off. When im driving it and building boost it doesn't smoke (from what I can tell).

I suspect that some sort of seal inside of the turbo went bad but let me know if you guys have any ideas. Maybe these pictures will help. Thanks in advance.

BTW 53k miles just got it back a week ago from the dealer. It got studs, gaskets, egr cooler, oil cooler, and hpop.

pop the down pipe off and look at the turbine housing and down pipe. see if its soaked with oil or coolant. Running tunes with an OEM egr cooler, you are braver than me... shoulda deleted that.
