Did the 6.0 solution... And now this!

I have an 06 6.0 that i reciently put headstuds, gaskets EGR delete and oil cooler on. When I went to go and start it I noticed it was making a funny noise. One it has never made before. So I let it run for a while thinking it was a few air bubbles in the system that needed to be worked out and left over night and went I went to go start it up the next morning the sound was gone. So I pulled it out of the guarge and took it for a test run. It didn't make it more then 300 feet and then it started making this really LOUD noise (like someone was popping a REALLY BIG balloon) at the beginning of each rotation. Took it back into the shop and ran diagnostics on it and found out it was the #1 cylinder. Didn't get much more then that and we found that it was the #1 because when I cut off the injector the noise went away. I also noticed that it was blowing air back out through the intake. What do you guys think this could be? I was thinking that it may be the intake valve springs are gone?

sounds like a rocker arm popped off

sounds like you have a rocker arm off the push rod, pull your valve cover and oil rail, most of the time this happens it doesnt hurt anything,but you may have bent a push rod, it happens

I just got finished changing head gaskets and head bolts. I let it sit and idle about 30 min then took it for a test run, just drove normal. When I was about back to the shop I pushed it a little harder and it lost power and would not respond when i accelerated, then it died. I looked under the hood could not see any pipes off so I started it back up, still no power and now lots of white smoke. I am about to my wits end. Could someone please give me some kind of idea. Thanks

Injector - 'O' Ring ---------- Samething mine did a few weeks ago. It's letting back-pressure through. It's not seated or it's blown.

sounds like injector wasnt tightened properly , seen it before , bottom copper o-ring burnt probably

Thanks for that guys. Im really hopin thats all that it is. I cant really do anything about it now cuz im deployed but as soon as I get home ill have a whole ton of monies to dump into my baby

Any recommendations on pushrods valve springs and lifters?
