Torque specs/sequence

Got my heads back from being milled just about ready to start putting it back together does anyone know the torque specs and sequence to the bolts got the one for the studs just don't know about all the others. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Which bolts are you talking about? Here's some specs.....

Crankcase-to-head tube assembly
82 N·m (60 lbf·ft)

Valve cover bolts and studs
9 +1/-2 N·m (72 ± 12 lbf·in)

Oil fill extension
14 ± 1 N·m (120 - 132 lbf·in)

Rear heat shield (M10 x 16)
49 ± 5 N·m (36 ± 4 lbf·ft)

I believe that torque specs start on page 84.
