No start - kick only

Hello,

I have a 04 with about 110k miles on it. The wife parked at store and when she come out it wouldnt start. of course by the time i got there she had the batteries completely down. I had it towed home, charged up and changed the oil as it sounded like she flooded. it turns over kicks but woun't start. I get grey smoke while it is kicking. it will kick enough to over spin starter but that is all it will do. any ideas?

tks dave

Maybe hpop? Just a thought I seen it at my friends shop a lot. Not enough oil pressure and it won't start but look on here there are threads every where about not starting

I just went through this. Do you have a way to monitor your ICP. I could only build 322psi which is not enough to fire the injectors. Ended up being a bad IPR valve and ICP was starting to leak.

FICM

I ran through the FICM tests and it started out ok but after a few seconds of the key on the ficm lost all its output voltage. I replaced it and starts ok now. Still a bit rough when cold but it starts ..

tks
