04 6.0 wont move rough idle

Have an 04 f350 6.0 had less than year, has 90,000 miles and egr delete. Oil changed every 5,000 so are fuel filters. Have 600 miles on change at the moment. Driving truck to work yesterday noticed was starting to run rough. Started truck and let it warm up before leaving work. Was idleing fine untill went to leave and started getting rough, had plenty of power just seemed like has a miss. Dropped coworker off did not shut truck off, went to leave and had no power truck only idles very rough even with peddle to floor. Was 30 degrees out and i run double strength howes, doubt its jelled. Had 1/4 tank of fuel was gunna get more on way home but this happened. Also two days before noticed coolant was gallon low, no puddles and not in oil. Has had an injector replaced last year truck was smoking but ran fine, computer showed cylinder was not firing, replaced injector and been fine since.

Any codes etc.. Check fuel filters... See the t-shooting guide in my sig. Could also be the TPS at the gas peddle, see the tech manual pdf in my sig for info on that issue too. IF your filters are clogged and you have low fuel pressure this will fuel injectors pretty easy.
