05 turbo help

just yanked out my edge and got a sct and piller gauges. for now i tapped the line for the boost until i get my elbow to tap it. now it seems like my boost wont go over 25psi i am just running the canned tune untill i get my custom tunes. and today i realized cruising about 60-65 its around 10psi it used to be around 5-7psi. just got cold in ny about 30degrees im stumped any help
