Question Fuel Pump Problems

I have a 2005 - 6.0 PowerStroke. Yesterday, I did the upgrade on the fuel regulator on the blue spring. After I finished, the truck started and then it ran 30 seconds and died. I have no fuel pressure at all. I know I have a 1/2 tank of fuel. As far as I can tell, the pump is working. Has anyone else ran into this problem? Would appreciate any feedback I can get. Getting very frustrated. Thanks - t mark
