6.0 po273,po279 codes,no power

This is my first post and I would like to thank everyones post I have read in the past to help me troubleshoot my 7.3 truck. I have a 2004 that I bought brand new that turbo went out @ 8300,27000,&39000 miles,Egr cooler@42000,Egr valve@45000.I make sure I change all filters&fluids every 5000 miles I'm at 54000 miles now.My problem is I loaned the truck to my brother to pick up a boat called me up and told me the truck ran fine there but would not pull the boat over 35 mph up grade and then died and wouldn't restart.had it towed home,I pulled up 2 codes po273,po279 low voltage injectors 5&7.Changed fuel filters, checked ficm voltage 48volts key on and running.I know I got some bad fuel somewheres cause there was some chunks of rust in the primary filter.just replaced the fuel pump for precaution still no change could it be the ficm, the pcm, or worse the injectors? Anyone ever had this problem?
