Hot idle should be around 117 kPa loaded around 30 mph 145 kPa and at 55 mph around 173 kPa. Not sure at WOT dont have those notes with me but thats outta the Ford book for refrence values. If you can check EBP voltage it should be around 3.5 voltage range at WOT.

Justa03, THANKS

Do you have this info in non-metric units? This is great to know. If there is an x-gauge for the scan gauage2 this info would be a great help for t-shooting...

Ask and you shall recieve my friend. the KOEO is 15 psi, hot idle 17 psi, 30 mph is 21 psi and 55 mph is 25.2 psi. Just remmeber this is a generalrization of where they should be. From what Ive got in my notes at WOT and with the load at 99% it should be somewhere around 52.2 psi and at part throttle at 30% APP and load at 50% 45.53 psi. Ive never watched my own truck with the 4" open exhaust but im sure the numbers a bit lower but im not sure how much lower.

My exhaust is definately not leaking. I'm troubleshooting a slow turbo. Any other ideas that are easier.

Is the turbo sticking? What do you mean by a slow turbo? No bottom end power and all top end power? Whats your fuel pressure? Do you have a leaking CAC or CAC hose? What kinda boost are you seeing?

No. Plenty of power. But when I lay off in it. I get a lot of initial fuel smoke and a slight delay before the boost comes in hard. 25 psi is what I'm seeing of boost.
