'06 turbo into an '03 help

I have an '06 turbo for sale and a guy wants it for his '03. Will it work? I know the pedistal needs changed and the down pipe (I think). What about the wastegate? Mine is electronic and his is mechanical. Will this work? Thanks for the help.

ahhh if the 03 is a 7.3 then no it won't work

only 7.3s have wastegates

The '03 is a 6.0, I think. His had something mechanical where my turbo has a place for a plug. I guess I'm not sure what that is called.
