05-6.0-350 crankshaft bushing ??
I been working in my 05-6.0-350 replacing the front cover and the geotor pump put it back together and now have a big oil leak splashing all over the front of the engine i did notice that is coming from the harmonic balancer and the crank seal when I started the truck...... I my missing a metal bushing that goes in the crankshaft ? I have seen some pics in here and reading about it,and most of them been in the 03-04 threads.... Is one suppose be there for the 2005 ? i did not take one off when I was taking it apart but it sure looks like it needs one there. i would appreciate any advice

You might PM M-chan68 and ask him. He works on a lot of these and really knows his stuff. |

6.0s and 6.4s you install a new seal and the new seal comes with a wear sleeve. you will need the seal driver.
