03 No start - new HPOP and passes air test - PCM Failure?

HELP! I have an 03 that died 2 houses down a couple weeks back. With SCT XCal tow tune installed. Returned to stock still no start.

Tow it home have the ford tech come by and had 300psi from ICP, air checked and found what appeared to be a leak on the pump. Replaced HPOP, still 300psi. Applied 12V to IPR no leaks.

Reloaded a Race SCT tune.. started after some cranking! Ran kinda rough but though it was working air out of the HP system. Shut off, tried to restart no go, reflashed to stock , back to race tune, 6.0 shelf tune, all no go. Injectors cylce on KOEO (except did not one time?). FICM is less than 1 yr old, Charged up batteries, 65psi Fuel pressure (have gauge in truck). Fuses all look good. Don't know HPO pressure tonight as for tech is not here with PC..

Is the PCM bad, need to ship this off to the dealer? Any way to check?

I want to apply dynomite to this truck. It has been a LONG 2 weeks! Man I am getting fast at tearing this truck down. Just did Studs this summer.

You NEED a minimum of 500 psi for the truck to start. You have a HP oil system issue either a leak or a pump issue. Was the IPR replaced with the HPOP? I would recommend the IPR be replaced with the HPOP due to metal contminating the IPR.

The truck when commanded from the ECM via dealer's computer it had a leak and read 300psi , when I manually applied 12V to the IPR it had no leak. Not a closed loop command, so I think the ECM doesn't do anything tot he IPR. I put the wew HPOP when I started to throw parts. when air tested on the bench it did have a small leak from the front seal. New stand pipes with head gasket change too.

Started after reflash once and then no go.. I sent it off to the dealer to reflash the PCM or new PCM.

I have it sold if I can get it running. Someone else wants to take on the widowmaker X.

It's a 96 Mystic Cobra with a 76mm Turbo, TH400 Trans, built shortbblock, stock cams, crower Valves 690HP at the Tire, a little more fun to drive than the old 6.0 X (especially right now!)

Right on man, got an 03 built bottom end, 2.2, Crower stage 3's(just for the noise), in the process of an e85 conversion, and its got a bottle with a 150 jets in it. Trans is a t56 viper spec with cobra gearing, with a stock rear more then likely on burrowed time. Have yet to put it on the rollers but if I had to guess its a good 650 at the tires on 17 lbs and 91. Should wake up a lil bit with e85 and and 21lbs. I really wanna do a compound setup with the 2.2 but I dont think it would last long. HAHA
